Thứ bảy, về hoạt động kiểm soát rủi ro, hiện nay Vinare vẫn chưa xây dựng được một hệ thống kiểm soát rủi ro một cách chặt chẽ và khoa học. Khả năng phản ứng với những biến động của thị trường là chưa cao.
Thứ tám, Vinare chưa có một hệ thống công nghệ thông tin đủ mạnh nên không nhận được sự hỗ trợ hữu hiệu của công nghệ thông tin trong hoạt động quản lý. Hiện nay trong hoạt động quản lý đầu tư, Vinare còn đang trong quá trình xây dựng chương trình quản lý nghiệp vụ, các công cụ hỗ trợ quản lý giám sát đầu tư chưa có nên cũng ảnh hưởng đến việc nâng cao hiệu quả công tác quản lý.
