ปัจจุบันกิจการมีการทำรายการระหว่างกันกับผู้ทำคำเสนอซื้อและบุคคลตามมาตรา 258 โดยขนาดของรายการปรากฏตามรายละเอียดในข้อ 3.4 ในแบบ 250-2 ฉบับนี้
โดยผู้ทำคำเสนอซื้อจะดำเนินการให้เป็นไปตามมาตรการป้องกันความขัดแย้งทางผลประโยชน์ และพิจารณาอย่างระมัดระวังเพื่อให้การทำรายการระหว่างกันทั้งในปัจจุบันและในอนาคตจะเป็นการทำรายการที่มีเงื่อนไขเสมือนการทำรายการกับบุคคลภายนอก (Arm’s Length Transaction) รวมทั้งจะดำเนินการให้คณะกรรมการตรวจสอบของกิจการเป็นผู้ให้ความเห็นเกี่ยวกับความจำเป็นและความเหมาะสมของรายการนั้น นอกจากนี้ ผู้ทำคำเสนอซื้อจะดำเนินการให้กิจการเปิดเผยรายการดังกล่าวไว้ในหมายเหตุประกอบงบการเงิน และเปิดเผยข้อมูลให้เป็นไปตามกฏระเบียบและข้อบังคับที่เกี่ยวข้องตามข้อกำหนดและระเบียบของสำนักงาน ก.ล.ต. และตลาดหลักทรัพย์ฯ
