This study consists of three latent variables, namely the quality of service,patient satisfaction and loyalty. While the number of manifest variables (variable indicator) is used to measure latent variables are as many as 33 indicators. The population in this study were all patients who had been hospitalized in Medika Permata Hijau Hospital. The sample size is 170 respondents. This amount is compliant SEM analysis which states that the size of the sample must be met in modeling SEM is the minimum amount to100-200 (Ferdinand, 2002). This study used survey method with administrared personalysurveys, surveys conducted with the respondent and then ask for their willingnessto answer some questions in the questionnaire relating to identity.
