KHông được sử dụng diện tích thuê của Bên A làm vật thế chấp cho bên thứ 3. Không được chuyển nhượng hợp đồng thuê này cho người khác, không sử dụng hợp đồng thuê này để liên doanh, liên kết, không được cho thuê, cho mượn lại diện tích đã thuê này khi chưa có sự đồng ý trước văn bản của bên A.
TRong trường hợp bên B tiến hành nâng cấp, cải tạo một phần nào đó của phần diện tích nhà xưởng thuê trong thời gian thuê của Bên A, Bên B phải thông báo và chỉ tiến hành việc sửa chữa nâng cấp khi được sự đồng ý của bên A. VIệc sửa chữa nâng cấp phải đảm bảo không ảnh hưởng đến hoạt động kinh doanh của bên A.
Nghiêm chỉnh thực hiện các điều khoản trong hợp đồng này và nội quy phòng cháy chữa cháy, an ninh trật tự, vệ sinh môi trường của địa phương.
