.Luận án “Tác động của Quản trị nguồn nhân lực đến hoạt động sản xuất kinh doanh của các doanh nghiệp vừa và nhỏ trên địa bàn tỉnh Thái Nguyên” của Lê Kim Anh (2013). Luận án đề xuất những giải pháp cần thiết để nâng cao hiệu quả hoạt động sản xuất kinh doanh thông qua nâng cao hiệu quả thực hiện quản trị nguồn nhân lực, đó là: (1) Khi tuyển dụng và lựa chọn nên áp dụng hệ thống minh bạch thông qua việc đánh giá năng lực của từng cá nhân; (2) Chương trình đào tạo cần phải liên tục cập nhật những kỹ năng mới cần thiết cho hoạt động sản xuất kinh doanh để đáp ứng những thách thức cạnh tranh hiện đại; (3) Để nâng cao hiệu quả hoạt động sản xuất kinh doanh, các doanh nghiệp vừa và nhỏ cần có hệ thống kế hoạch nghề nghiệp phù hợp cho các nhân viên và công nhân; (4) Hệ thống bồi thường và thưởng cho công nhân cần dựa trên giá thị trường, điều này sẽ giúp giữ chân được nhiều nhân viên giỏi hơn ở lại trong doanh nghiệp.

The thesis proposes the solutions needed to improve the efficiency of business operations through improving the efficiency of implementation of human resources management, which are: (1) When recruiting and selecting system transparency should apply through the assessment of the capacity of each individual; (2) training programs need to constantly update the new skills needed for production and business operations to meet the challenges of modern competition; (3) To improve the efficiency of production and business activities, small and medium businesses need the career planning system fit for the staff and workers; (4) the compensation systems and bonuses for workers who need to rely on market price, this will help keep the legs are much better staff to stay in business.
