Hợp đồng có hiệu lực từ ngày 01/05/

Hợp đồng có hiệu lực từ ngày 01/05/2016, hai bên cam kết thực hiện đúng hợp đồng đã ký. Mọi sửa đổi và bổ sung vào hợp đồng này đều phải đươc hai Bên thỏa thuận bằng văn bản.
Trong trường hợp có tranh chấp hoặc một Bên vi phạm hợp đồng, sự việc sẽ được giải quyết bằng thương lượng và hòa giải. Trường hợp các Bên không tìm được giải pháp, sự việc sẽ được chuyển giao cho Tòa Án Vĩnh Phúc giải quyết và quyết định của Tòa Án là quyết định cuối cùng. Bản tiếng Việt sẽ được dùng trong trường hợp này.

Results (English) 1:

The contract with effect from 01/05/2016, the two sides committed to implement the signed agreement. All amendments and additions to this contract must be gained from the two parties to the agreement in writing. In case of dispute or breach of contract by one party, the matter will be resolved by negotiation and conciliation. The case the parties do not find solutions, the work will be transferred to the Court in Vinh Phuc and the Court's decision is the final decision. A Vietnamese will be used in this case.

Results (English) 2:

The contract takes effect from the date of 05.01.2016, the two sides pledged to comply with the signed contract. All amendments and additions to this contract must be mutually agreed upon in writing.
In case of a dispute or a breach of contract parties, the matter will be resolved through negotiation and mediation. If the parties can not find a solution, the matter will be transferred to Vinh Phuc Court resolved and decisions of the Court's final decision. The Vietnamese version will be used in this case.
