บริษัทและบริษัทย่อยได้ตกลงเปลี่ยนแปลงสูตรและเงื่อนไขการคิดค่าธรรมเนียมการรับบริการกันใหม่ ซึ่งสัญญาใหม่ดังกล่าวลงวันที่ 1 มกราคม 2553 มีกำหนดเวลา 10 ปี และการบอกเลิกสัญญา คู่สัญญาฝ่ายใดฝ่ายหนึ่งต้องมีหนังสือแจ้งยกเลิกสัญญาอย่างเป็นทางการล่วงหน้าเป็นเวลา 30 วัน เมื่อสัญญาใหม่จัดทำแล้วเสร็จ จะมีผลบังคับใช้ย้อนหลังตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 มกราคม 2553 และจะยกเลิกสัญญาฉบับเดิมที่ทำไว้เมื่อวันที่ 1 เมษายน 2542 อย่างไรก็ตามบริษัทและบริษัทย่อยได้ถือปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขในร่างสัญญาดังกล่าวแทนสัญญาฉบับเดิมมาตั้งแต่ปี 2553
