“UN VRAI SANS FAUTE !!”

Nous venons de rentrer de notre 2ème séjour dans cet hôtel et comme la dernière fois , ce fût un sans faute.
L'hôtel en lui même est idéalement situé , à 2 pas du BTS Ploenchit . Il faut compter environ 15 - 20 minutes à pied pour rejoindre le quartier de Siam et il y a un 7/11 ou le centre commercial All Seasons Place à quelques dizaines de mètres pour des petites courses .
Nous avons pris une chambre supérieure (le 1er prix) parfaitement adaptée pour un couple.
La literie est de très bonne qualité , chambre grande et bien insonorisée , avec une magnifique vue sur la ville , la salle de bain est très belle et pratique avec des produits de toilette et de l'eau potable en bouteille offerts .
Le personnel a été très professionnel : à l'accueil le check-in et check-out ont été rapides et efficaces , ils nous ont appelé un taxi-meter pour retourner à l'aéroport le matin même du départ (comptez environ 400 bahts) .
Le ménage était fait tout les jours avec application.
Nous avons réservé avec les petits déjeuners et là encore que du positif : le buffet est absolument super.
Énorme choix pour déjeuner , vous trouverez forcément votre bonheur car il y a de tout : sucré , salé, occidental , oriental , halal , végétarien etc ...
Le personnel en salle était très présent et aux petits soins sans pour autant être envahissant et la salle est très propre et agréable.
En bref , aucun point négatif à signaler , tout était au top.
Je vous le recommande sans aucunes réserves (je l'ai très nettement préféré au Novotel de Siam où j'ai aussi séjourné )et y retournerai sans aucun doute lors de mon prochain séjour à Bangkok , même avec mes 2 enfants car avec Novotel ils ne payent rien , ni hébergement ni petits déjeuners !

The buffet is absolutely super Huge choice for breakfast, you will find your happiness because it has it all: sweet, salty, western, eastern, halal, vegetarian etc ... The staff in the dining room was very present and very caring without being intrusive and the room is very clean and nice. In short, no negative point to note everything was first class. I recommend it without any reservations (I very much prefer the Novotel Siam where I also stayed) and stay there again without a doubt on my next stay in Bangkok, even with my 2 Novotel with children because they pay nothing, neither accommodation nor breakfasts!
