As you may aware that we are having a new system; “YES” (or as known as Your Employee System), launching very soon. This new system will serve our employees’ better experience. In order to manage readiness for the change, we would like to build capability within each department. Therefore, we’re seeking your support to nominate “YES Champion” from your team to be a key driver of YES within each area.
We would like to engage them at the first stage of this change journey, so it’s very essential having representatives from mid management level to be part of it.
