يجوز فصل العامل من الخدمة إذا ثبت خيانته الأمانة واستغلال مركزه الوظيفي بتصرف غير مشروع. ويعد ذلك سبباً مشروعاً للفصل.

Results (English) 1:

The worker may be dismissed from the service if his betrayal and exploitation of functional status secretariat acted illegally. This is a just cause for dismissal.

Results (English) 2:

Worker may be separated from the service if it is proved betraying the Secretariat and the exploitation of his position at the disposal is illegal. This is a legitimate reason for the season.
