Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan dan menghasilkandata primer dan sekunder.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada pelaksanaan pelayanan program 3 In 1 pada Dispendukcapil Kota Batu sudah dapat berjalan dengan efektif dan efisien dalam menunjang peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik. Tetapi juga memiliki faktor penghambat yakni masih banyak masyarakat yang belum bisa mengakses secara online. Sedangkan memiliki faktor pendukungnya yaitu sarana dan prasarana yang cukup memadai dan kompetensi petugas pemberi pelayanan sudah baik.
