Lớp phủ trước sơn bằng Cr3+ trong dây chuyền tole mạ màu (Bcoat – Z310):
Hóa chất BCOAT – Z310 là hỗn hợp hóa chất chứa chủ yếu là Cr3+. Hóa chất BCOAT – Z310 được đặc chế để thụ động sau công đoạn xử lý bề mặt và đóng vai trò như lớp lót, không cần qua giai đoạn rửa nước, được sử dụng trong dây chuyền sản xuất tole màu hoặc băng dải thép, nhôm, tole mạ kẽm, Galvalume… bằng phương pháp nhúng hoặc phun kết hợp trục vắt.
Qui trình xử lý có sử dụng BCOAT – Z310 tạo ra trên sản phẩm một lớp chrome đồng nhất và nhờ đó không những cải thiện được tính năng chống gỉ mà còn tăng độ bám dính và độ bền của lớp sơn phủ bên ngoài. Phương pháp này hạn chế vấn đề môi trường vì loại bỏ khâu rửa nước và xử lý nước thải.
Ưu điểm khi sử dụng Cr3+:
Thân thiện với môi trường.
Dễ xử lý khi thải ra môi trường, xử lý triệt để, nước thải crôm không cần tách riêng và có thể xả trực tiếp vào hệ thống nước thải chung.
