In-depth knowledge and experience of Markets, Healthcare systems, Businesses, reimbursement and modalities
High degree of executive maturity given that he/she would be at the helm of influencing major decisions within the market.
Experience in strategic initiatives pertaining to alliances, partnerships, etc. in combination of Business Management and Strategic planning skills and a high commitment to delivery and deadlines.
Prior experience in Advisory Services, Consulting or Strategy Planning will be desirable.
Prior experience of handling a mix of field level and corporate assignments.
Comfort in handling the rigorous analytics involved in leading large scale initiatives in complex, continuously competitive business environments
Ability to drive sales growth in new and existing markets - ability to identify local opportunities, interact with decision makers and provide highest-quality leads as a result
Ability to turn around unsuccessful lead qualification and maintain high motivation in sales force and channels
Fluent, verbal and written in Thai and English
Must have prior Channel Management and experience dealing with dealers
