ĐIỀU 4: ĐIỀU KIỆN GIAO HÀNG, THI CÔNG, LẮP ĐẶT.
Bên B có trách nhiệm giao hàng, thi công, lắp đặt đầy đủ theo các hạng mục hàng hóa được ghi trong điều 1.1 tại địa điểm:
4.1. Thời gian giao hàng và thi công : trong vòng 04 (Bốn ) ngày, kể từ ngày hai bên ký kết hợp đồng.
4.2. Khi Bên B giao hàng cho Bên A, phải có đại diện của hai bên ký Biên bản bàn giao thiết bị.
