ใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ( descriptive statistics ) มีรายละเอียดดังนี้
1. ข้อมูลทั่วไป เช่น เพศ อายุ การศึกษา สถานภาพสมรส รายได้ ประสบการณ์ ตำแหน่ง ของบุคลากรสำนักงานสาธารณสุขจังหวัดตราด โดยใช้สถิติการแจกแจงความถี่ และร้อยละ
2. ระดับการทำงานเป็นทีมของบุคลากรสำนักงานสาธารณสุขจังหวัดตราด โดยคำนวณหาค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และแปลผลค่าเฉลี่ยระดับการทำงานเป็นทีม
3. เปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างการทำงานเป็นทีมของบุคลากรสำนักงานสาธารณสุขจังหวัดตราด จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล โดยใช้สถิติทดสอบค่าที (independent t-test) และสถิติ ANOV
