本研究探討了建築資訊模型在設施管理中的知覺使用與設施管理人員的知覺訓練水准、知覺規格需求及其對設施管理人員的影響，以及所使用的建築資訊模型的知覺品質之間的關係由FM人員、各機构提供。

This study investigated the building information modeling perception perceived standard of training and the use of facilities managers in facilities management, the relationship between the perception specification requirements and their impact on facilities management personnel, as well as perceived quality building information model used by the FM staff, the agencies provide.
