ผู้ฝากขายสินค้าต้องนำสำเนาใบสั่งซื้อสินค้าแนบมาพร้อมกับการส่งสินค้ามิฉะนั้นผู้รับฝากขายสินค้ามีสิทธิพิจารณาไม่รับสินค้าหรือไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายใดที่เกิดขึ้นภายหลัง
