Under the Bank's Personal Account Dealing (PAD) Policy and Procedures, you have been classified and remain a Relevant Employee. As a Relevant Employee you are required to provide an annual acknowledgment that you have read, understood and continue to comply with the Bank's PAD Policy and Procedures. On 01/04/2014 you were notified that your Annual Acknowledgement was due.
This is a reminder that you need to complete your Annual Acknowledgment. This is a mandatory requirement.
What you need to do
• Refer to the instructions in the original email and complete the Annual Acknowledgments no later than 10 CALENDAR DAYS from the date of this email.
• Contact the Control Room at personal.dealing1@sc.com if you are unsure of any of the requirements or if there is any reason why you cannot complete by the extended deadline.
Act now to avoid being issued with a PAD Breach Notification
Complete the Annual Acknowledgement or contact the Control Room immediately at personal.dealing1@sc.com to discuss your case. Do not ignore this email. If you fail to act within the extended deadline you will be issued with a PAD Breach Notification.
