После того, как было дано согласие или после истечения сроков, изложенных в пункте 2 настоящей статьи, заинтересованное лицо должно быть передано в течение трех (3) месяцев.

After the consent was given or the expiration of the time limits set out in paragraph 2 of this article, the person concerned shall be transferred within three (3) months.

Results (English) 2:

After consent was given on or after the expiry of the time limits set out in paragraph 2 of this Article, the person concerned shall be transferred within three (3) months.

Results (English) 3:

after approval was given, or after the expiry of the deadline set out in paragraph 2 of this article, the person should be submitted within three (3) months.
