【商品の説明】

セット内容:
新品箱入2台セットですが、色と内容確認の為開封致しました。色はシルバー色でした。取扱い説明書や替え針、ケーブル類等、新品時に付属の物は全て揃っています。

【商品の状態】
1枚目と2枚目の写真は実物の写真ではありません。3枚目が実物の写真です。中身は新品ですが、長期在庫品の為、箱にある程度のダメージがあります。よって中古としての出品としております。新品ですので動作確認済みとしてお考え下さい。

【発送元と振込先】
埼玉県草加市から、入金確認後の発送となります。振込先は楽天銀行か、ゆうちょ銀行、かんたん決済での入金も可能です。

【発送方法】
発送方法は基本的にはヤマト運輸の着払い宅急便を使用しますが、重量が25キロ以上の商品はヤマト便の着払いとなります。1人で運べない重さやサイズの商品に関しては、落札後に双方で相談の上の発送となりますのでお急ぎの際はご注意下さい。直接引取りも歓迎ですが、現地での値引き交渉はお受け出来ませんので、基本的には事前振込後のお引取りとさせて頂きます。

【発送時期】
入金確認後3日以内の発送を心掛けておりますが、繁忙期等の理由で5日程度の時間を要する場合があります。また大型商品等の場合、発送方法の相談や、梱包準備に時間がかかる為、規定の日数以上の時間を要する可能性があります。お急ぎの場合は入札前に質問欄より発送時期に関して、ご質問下さい。

【梱包】
当方、個人の為発送に使用する段ボールや木枠等の梱包材、緩衝材はリサイクル品になります。見た目は良くないですが、商品破損しないように心掛けて梱包しております。梱包に関してのクレームはお受け出来ません。

【返品返金クレームについて】
基本的には、ノンクレームノンリターンとなりますが、動作確認済みの商品に関しましては初期動作不良のみ返金返品対応致します。この場合、商品到着より2日以内にご連絡頂いた場合のみの対応とし、その際の発送時、返品時の送料は落札者様の負担とさせて頂きます。

当方の出品商品に関しましては、ありのまま正直な記載を心掛けておりますが、当方で使用していた商品ではありませんし、専門知識無く出品しております。動作確認や程度の確認、商品清掃、梱包に十分な時間を掛けれておりません関係上、万一商品に瑕疵がある可能性ありますが、基本的には初期動作不良以外のクレームはお受け出来ません。
