Wahou c'est fou ça !! Ça donne tellement l'opportunité de s'entraîner pratiquement n'importe quand quand on a juste quelques minutes, c'est parfait !! Je m'entraine déjà 4-5 fois semaine et disons qu'avec un emploi à temps plein et à temps partiel, cette méthode d'entrainement me permettrait d'avoir beaucou plus de temps !!

Je veux gagner ce concours car je suis une athlète qui a fait une commotion cérébrale en mars dernier et qui est encore en rétablissement 5 mois plus tard. Je suis un protocole de retour à l'activité et je pense que ce serait un super cadeau que j'utiliserais pour me remettre en forme rapidement et pouvoir recommencer à jouer mon sport de compétition le plus rapidement possible. Ce fut, et c'est encore, le plus gros défi que j'ai vécu dans toute ma vie cette commotion (3 mois d'arrêt de travail, annulation de mon voyage que j'avais plannifié depuis 2 ans, mis en risque mon acceptation au BAC etc.) et je crois vraiment mériter ce beau cadeau qui me ferait exploser de joie!!!

J'aimerais gagner ce concours puisque je fais de l'arthitre au niveau du genou, cet entraînement va me permettre de guerir cette blessure afin de pouvoir bouger encore plus par la suite. Il est difficile pour moi de prendre le poids alors je crois sincèrement que ce genre d'entraînement me convient le plus. Je serais motivée de pratiquer davantage les sports que j'aime comme le snowboard, wakeboard, kite, surf et ainsi le reste.

Avec un horaire très chargé tout au long de la semaine, ce type d'entrainement saurait se glisser parfaitement dans un trou libre! J'ai également des problèmes avec mes articulations alors peut être uqe ce serait une piste de solution pour diminuer les chocs et permettre de les renforcer en douceur!
