Từ nhận thức trên, có thể thấy công tác quản trị nguồn nhân lực còn tồn tại nhiều bất cập cần phải giải quyết, vấn đề đặt ra cho ban lãnh đạo Chi nhánh nói riêng và ban lãnh đạo Ngân hàng TMCP Công Thương Việt Nam nói chung, là cần nhận dạng, đánh giá đúng thực trạng về nhân sự hiện tại trong chi nhánh, xác định các yếu tố ảnh hưởng tích cực hoặc tiêu cực và mục tiêu đề ra trong thời gian tới. Từ đó đưa ra những giải pháp khả thi, hiệu quả để giữ chân nhân tài, ổn định nguồn nhân lực, đồng thời xây dựng những chính sách lương, thưởng, phúc lợi cũng như kế hoạch phù hợp nhằm đào tạo, phát triển năng lực cho nhân viên.

Là một thành viên của Ngân hàng TMCP Công Thương Việt Nam – Chi nhánh 4 Tp.HCM, tác giả đã chọn thực hiện đề tài nghiên cứu “Solution to inprove Human Resources Management of Vietinbank Branch 4”, với mong muốn đóng góp những ý kiến thiết thực nhằm hoàn thiện hệ thống quản trị tại chi nhánh.

From there take out the viable solution, effectively to retain talent, stable workforce, while the wage policy, welfare, as well as appropriate training plan, develop the capacity for staff.As a member of the Vietnam industrial and commercial bank-branch 4 Tp.HCM, the author has chosen to carry research "Solution to inprove Human Resources Management of Vietinbank Branch 4", with the desire to contribute practical ideas aimed at improving the system of governance in the branch.

From awareness on, we can see the work of human resource management exist many problems need to solve the problem posed to leaders branch leadership in particular and Commercial Bank of Industry and Trade said Vietnam General, is to identify, assess the true state of the current staffing in branches, determining the factors that influence positively or negatively and objectives in the coming period. From this offer possible solutions, effective to retain talent, a stable workforce, and building policies of wages, bonuses, benefits and appropriate plan to train, develop its employees.

As a member of the Commercial Bank for Industry and Vietnam - HCMC Branch 4, the author has chosen to do a research project "human resources Management Solution to inprove of Vietinbank Branch 4", with a desire want to contribute practical ideas aimed at improving the system of governance at the branch.
