Qui trình tuyển dụng :
Định kì vào đầu năm, căn cứ vào chiến lược phát triển của công ty, căn cứ vào chỉ tiêu của từng bộ phận và Công ty sẽ tiến hành thống kê nhu cầu tuyển dụng nhân sự và chuyển về phòng tổ chức lao động. Trưởng phòng tổ chức lao động tổng hợp nhu cầu nhân sự của các bộ phận, lập kế hoạch nhân sự cho toàn công ty. Kế hoạch này phải được trình bày chi tiết số lượng công nhân viên phù hợp với chỉ tiêu, khối lượng và yêu cầu công việc trong kì sắp tới. Sau đó kế hoạch nhân sự được trình cho tổng giám đốc kí hay phó giám đốc phụ trách về nhân sự kí duyệt và chấp nhận tùy theo qui mô và mức độ tuyển dụng. Nếu được duyệt sẽ tiến hành thông báo tuyển dụng, ngược lại nếu không được duyệt thì trả lại cho trưởng bộ phận các phòng ban lập lại kế hoạch khác.
