• Giám đốc công ty: chịu trách nhiệm trước Công ty trong việc điều hành các hoạt động và thực hiện kế hoạch được giao.
+ 2 Phó giám đốc: giúp giám đốc tổ chức, thực hiện các kế hoạch kinh doanh
Phó giám đốc kỹ thuật: quản lý mặt kỹ thuật, hoạt động công nghệ của công ty, giám sát phòng kỹ thuật trong hoạt động sản xuất kinh doanh của công ty.
Phó giám đốc kinh doanh: quản lý mặt kinh doanh của công ty, hoạt động kinh doanh phát triển lĩnh vực kinh doanh của công ty.
• Phòng tổ chức hành chính: Giúp Giám đốc công ty tổ chức bộ máy điều hành quản lý của công ty cũng như tổ chức lao động ở công ty.
• Phòng tài chính kế toán : Nhiệm vụ giúp Giám đốc công ty quản lý về mặt tài chính để công ty thực hiện đầy đủ chính sách, chế độ của Nhà nước.
• Phòng kỹ thuật: Đảm nhiệm công việc liên quan đến máy móc, phầm mềm, thiết bị giảng dạy tại công ty.
• Phòng kinh doanh: Đưa ra các giải pháp thúc đẩy hoạt động bán sản phẩm, quảng bá tên tuổi của công ty để thu hút khách hàng.
