إعادة فتح “قانون العمل المعدل”رغم انه لم يمض على نشر ذلك القانون، بحلته الجديدة، في الجريدة الرسمية نحو ستة اشهر، الا ان وزارة العمل ارتأت فتحه من جديد، وبالتحديد عشر مواد منه فقط، للنقاش، تتعلق بتنظيم سوق العمل وإعطاء المزيد من الصلاحيات لوزير العمل.
