Với 100% số phiếu tán thành, GS Trần Hồng Quân - nguyên chủ tịch Hiệp hội Các trường ĐH, CĐ ngoài công lập - đã đắc cử chủ tịch Hiệp hội Các trường ĐH, CĐ Việt Nam (AVUC). Đại hội cũng đã thống nhất và bầu 148 ủy viên ban chấp hành, 62 ủy viên thường vụ và 13 phó chủ tịch.

With 100% approval, PROF. Tran Hong Quan, Chairman of the Association of COLLEGES, universities-was elected President of the Association of COLLEGES, University of Vietnam (AVUC). The Congress also agreed to elect 148 members and the Executive Committee, the standing Commissioner 62 and 13 Vice Presidents.

With 100% of votes, Prof. Tran Hong Quan - former president of the Association of universities and colleges outside the public - was elected president of the Association of universities, colleges Vietnam (AVUC).
