เมื่อมีการรับพนักงานใหม่ หรือโอนย้ายพนักงานในตำแหน่งต่างๆ มีการอบรม หรือสอนงานพนักงานในเรื่องใดบ้าง

เอกสารหรือหลักฐานที่ระบุหัวข้อการอบรม หรือสอนงานที่จำเป็นให้กับพนักงานใหม่ หรือที่มีการโอนย้าย
แนวทางในการตอบ :
พนักงานในตำแหน่งต่างๆจะถูกกำหนดให้อบรมหรือสอนงานในหัวข้อตามที่ระบุใน มาตรฐานการฝึกอบรม (SD-11) ของหน่วยงานต่างๆ (เตรียมมาตรฐานการอบรมของพนักงานใหม่ หรือโอนย้ายในสอดคล้อง)
