Cet hotel est très bien situé tout près du métro aérien ce qui a son importance étant donné les difficultés de circulation à Bangkok.
Les prestations sont au standard des Novotel.
Seule la partie restauration est un peu insuffisante avec un restaurant buffet ou il faut arriver tôt si on veut avoir une chance de pouvoir terminer son repas. Mais bon, il y tellement de restaurant plus intéressant qu'on peut se passer de celui de l'hôtel...
La réservation par l'application Accor n'est pas très fiable et certaines prestations prévues sont méconnues par l'hôtel
En résumé un hotel pratique et de bon niveau pour un séjour à Bangkok.
