The (4) ONLINE Services listed (below) - they are on Invoice 8441 because they came up for renewal. All four of them. If these (4) services are not required, I can remove them from Location 10824 and send Invoice 8441 for a full credit. This credit, of course, will only remove the Invoice 8441 off your account. I would them revise the proforma and send it for invoicing again, with the manuals you wish to have renewed. Please see attached. Please review the Location (10824) and advise the changes, including the Flight Manuals. Please Note: There are some Flight Manuals sitting on Location 11027 - your location, so if the Flight Manuals from Location 10824 are no longer required, please tell me to cancel the service.

I do see the ONLINE Service you purchase earlier this year. This service is sitting on your Location 11027 - please see a copy attached. I highlighted the service in YELLOW. This service does not come up for renewal until Feb. 8, 2016.
