We had a bunch of problems recently with a shipment to PPCL. Shipment was returned to us, DHL refused to take, etc.
In the end, we shipped the documents with the invoice showing paper value (e.g. $300US). We sent a soft copy of the “Invoice for customs Purposes Only” to PPCL, and we believe that PPCL met the shipment or designated someone to meet the shipment in Thailand.
Is that how you would like us to do this also? I hate to keep asking questions on this, but because of the problems we have had in the past, I don’t want to repeat them.
