ขอให้มีคำสั่งไปยังผู้ว่า กฟภ. ให้ดำเนินการเปลี่ยนแปลงแก้ไขอุปกรณ์ หรือ เทคโนโลยี จากระบบ โซล่าร์เทอร์มอล เป็น โซล่าร์เซลล์พีวี ตามคำชี้ขาดของ คณะอนุญาโตตุลาการและ ตามมติ คตร. ครั้งที่ 13/2558 พร้อมกับแจ้งว่า หาก กฟภ. มีคำสั่งอนุญาตให้บริษัท ดี แอนด์ เจ แก้ไขเปลี่ยนแปลงอุปกรณ์ฯ บริษัท ดี แอนด์ เจ ก็ จะขอสละสิทธิ์การบังคับคดีเงินจำนวน 183 ล้านบาท
