Theo điều kiện thanh toán trên PO, bên SC sẽ nhận được Thanh toán lần 1 trong vòng 7 ngày kể từ ngày PO được phát hành (28/6/2016). Tuy nhiên cho đến hiện tại (14/7/2016) chúng tôi vẫn chưa nhận được khoản thanh toán này.

Do vậy đề nghị bên Tâm thực hiện thanh toán đợt 1 cho PO số 2016151 ngày 28/6/2016 để SC tiến hành hoàn thiện các công việc tiếp theo (hoàn thiện chế tạo, thủ tục hải quan) trước khi giao hàng và lắp đặt.

According to the payment conditions on the PO, on the SC will get first payment within 7 days of the PO is released (28/6/2016). However until the present (14/7/2016) we have yet to receive this payment.So suggest the Center party making payments for round 1 on 28 2016151 number/PO 6/2016 to the SC conducted to perfect the next job (complete fabrication, customs) before delivery and installation.

However, until the present (14.07.2016) we have not received this payment. Therefore the Centre proposed to make payments to the PO number 2016151 1st day to the SC conducted 28/06/2016 complete the next job (complete fabrication, customs procedures) prior to delivery and installation.
