Bonjour, J' ai été globalement satisfait de mon séjour par contre vous êtes le seul établissement ACCORD dans le monde à ne pas valider ma carte ACCORD sous le prétexte que c'est une agence qui vous a réglé les nuitées ! Ce prétexte me semble "douteux", d' autant plus que mon employeur INTER MUTUELLES ASSISTANCE pour lequel je travaille utilise dans chaque pays le même système de réservation avec intermédiaire et qu' à chaque fois ma carte est validée sans problème !
