ผู้ที่ประสงค์จะจัดกิจกรรมด้านการค้าและการลงทุน ณ ประเทศเพื่อนบ้าน (ราชอาณาจักรกัมพูชา และสาธารณรัฐสังคมนิยมเวียดนาม)จะต้องขอความอนุเคราะห์สำนักงานพาณิชย์จังหวัดตราด ซึ่งเป็นหน่วยงานด้านการส่งเสริม กำกับดูแลการค้าและลงทุนในประเทศเพื่อนบ้าน เป็นผู้ตรวจสอบข้อเท็จจริงและวัตถุประสงค์การจัดกิจกรรมรวมถึงการขออนุญาตต่อหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งของประเทศไทยและประเทศเพื่อนบ้าน นำเสนอต่อจังหวัดเพื่อพิจารณาอนุญาตต่อไป ดังมีรายละเอียดขั้นตอนตามเอกสารแนบท้ายนี้
