This training uses five learning so that the process of learning can be effective, including: motivation, the inaugural back, knowledge of results, active practice and learning through penghayatan (experiental learning), and the transfer of training (Munandar, 2011). The design of this training using the activities of learning through experience, a way of learning through experience alone and then modify it to improve the keefektivitasannya in positive treatment.
