ويحق للمدير أن يخصم المبالغ التي يستحق دفعها له بموجب هذا البند أو بموجب أي شرط آخر في هذه الاتفاقية من الأصول وله لهذا الغرض أن يقوم ببيع أو تصفية حساب الاستثمار أو أي جزء منه. ويكون للمدير الحق في الاحتجاز أو المقاصة على الأصول بمقدار ذلك المبلغ وأن أي حق للعميل في سحب الأصول أو أي جزء منها يكون مرتبط باستلام المدير أولاً لجميع تلك المبالغ.

And the Director is entitled to deduct the amounts payable under this section or under any other clause in this agreement the assets for this purpose the sale or liquidation of an investment account or any part thereof. The Director shall have the right of retention or set-off of assets by that amount and that any right of the customer to withdraw assets or any part thereof is linked to the receipt of the Director first of all such amounts.
