Điều 6:Những tiêu chuẩn bắt buộc áp

Điều 6:
Những tiêu chuẩn bắt buộc áp dụng sau đây là tiêu chuẩn an toàn lao động và vệ sinh lao động.
Hội đồng bộ trưởng hoặc các cơ quan pháp quyền được Hội đồng bộ trưởng ủy quyền sẽ ban hành áp dụng cho nhiều ngành trong phạm vi cả nước về tiêu chuẩn an toàn lao động và vệ sinh lao động.
Cơ quan Nhà nước quản lý ngành sẽ ban hành tiêu chuẩn vệ sinh lao động, an toàn lao động áp dụng riêng cho ngành trực thuộc đó nhưng đảm bảo phù hợp với những tiêu chuẩn do Hội đồng bộ trưởng ban hành về an toàn lao động và vệ sinh lao động.
