Key Responsibilities:
Monitor the process, and identify and reduce / eliminate process bottlenecks to facilitate an uninterrupted operation.
Undertake costing of projects and categorize costs under various cost heads; conduct margin analysis and trace costs back to underlying activities.
Develop, implement and monitor data accumulation systems that render accurate costing information to management and facilitate cost related decision making.
Determine product costing with a detailed analysis of overheads, and generate and forward reports to the management.
Identify operations and functions where cost savings can be done; implement cost saving activities.
Prepare monthly consumption reports and highlight deviations; establish corrective actions to narrow the gap.
Manage inventory and ensure stock/material/items are available consistently; focus on optimizing inventory costs.
