บริษัทมีภาระผูกพันตามสัญญากับบริษัท ปตท.จำกัด (มหาชน) ซึ่งมีกำหนดเวลา 15 ปี เพื่อเช่าที่ดินสำหรับติดตั้งเครื่องจักรเพื่อใช้ในการเก็บและผลิตก๊าซคาร์บอนไดออกไซด์โดยมีจำนวนค่าเช่าตามอายุของสัญญาที่เหลืออยู่เป็นเงิน 32.56 ล้านบาท (พ.ศ. 2556 : 40.03 ล้านบาท)สัญญาเช่าที่ดินดังกล่าวจะหมดอายุในปี พ.ศ. 2565
