- Những sai sót nếu có trong tài liệu: Bất cứ sai sót nào trong tài liệu phải được bên giao sửa chữa không chậm trễ bằng cách bổ sung, sửa đổi, hoàn chỉnh hay bằng bất cứ phương thức thích hợp nào khác. Nếu như việc sửa chữa gây ra chậm trễ trong việc hoàn thành nghĩa vụ giao tài liệu kỹ thuật thì bên giao sẽ bị phạt theo quy định về giao chậm tài liệu ở điều 4.
