لوحظ في الايام القلائل الماضية نسيان او اهمال بعض السائقين دفاتر الفواتير او اوراق ومتعلقات بالعمل في الثروة الحيوانية، مما يسبب التأخير في أداء الواجب والمهمة الموكله اليه، وبذلك يكون هناك عدم مصداقية بالتعامل مع الزبائن.
وهذا التقصير ان كان مقصود او غير مقصود يتحمله بالدرجة الاولى السائق وفي الدرجة الثانية منسق الحركة وكذلك المسئول عن تسليم الدفاتر للسائقين.
حيث انني طلبت تسليم كل سائق دفتر خاص به ويكتب اسمه عليه وهو يتحمل مسئولية الدفتر والمحافظة عليه اذا فقد او نسيه ، وهو مطالب باستخدامه عند قيامه بأي مهمة عمل ومطلوب منه إعادته عند إنتهائه لاستلام دفتر بديل عنه. والسائق مطلوب منه تسليم ما يتم صرفه من فواتير يومية للسيد / احمد صالح قاسم.
وعليه يمنع ترك الدفتر في المركبة، الدفتر من مسئولية السائق علية الاحتفاظ به كعهدة خاصة به يوقع على استلامه.
