Khóa luận tốt nghiệp này nghiên cứu về sự ảnh hưởng của lá chắn thuế, quy mô doanh nghiệp, tỷ trọng vốn sở hữu của nhà nước, khối lượng giao dịch cổ phiếu, chất lượng thông tin, tính thanh khoản, tỷ trọng tài sản cố định trên tổng tài sản, rủi ro kinh doanh, cơ hội tăng trưởng và đòn bẩy tài chính tới sự thay đổi chi phí vốn của các doanh nghiệp cổ phần tại thị trường Việt Nam. Có 50 doanh nghiệp được chọn từ thị trường chứng khoán Việt Nam, bao gồm 10 ngành nghề: Nhựa, nuôi cá, bất động sản, thực phẩm, sản xuất năng lượng, viễn thông, xây dựng, dược phẩm, cao su và khai thác dầu.

Results (English) 1:

This graduation thesis research on the effects of the tax shield, enterprise scale, the proportion of State-owned capital, stock trading volume, quality of information, liquidity, the proportion of fixed assets over total assets, business risk, growth opportunities and financial leverage to shift the cost of capital of joint-stock enterprises in free market South. There are 50 selected businesses from Vietnam stock market, including 10 industry: plastics, fish farming, real estate, food production, energy, telecommunications, construction, pharmaceutical, rubber and oil extraction.

This thesis studies on the impact of the tax shield, enterprise scale, the proportion of state ownership, stock trading volume and quality of information, liquidity, the share of assets fixed assets, business risks, opportunities for growth and financial leverage to change the cost of capital of the joint-stock enterprises in Vietnam market. There are 50 enterprises were selected from the stock market of Vietnam, covering 10 industries: Plastic, farming, real estate, food, energy production, telecommunications, construction, pharmaceuticals, rubber and declaration oil.
