I . Tình hình thất nghiệp hiện nay ở việt nam.
Thất nghiệp trở thành mối quan tâm lo ngại trên toàn cầu chứ không phải riêng gì nước ta ,nó còn đáng sợ hơn cả các vấn đề lo lắng thông thường khác , kể cả cái đói nghèo vì chính thất nghiệp là nguyên nhân gây ra đói nghèo .
Năm 2009 tỷ lệ thất nghiệp của nước ta là 4,66%. Dưới tác động của khủng hoảng tài chính và suy thoái khinh tế toàn cầu , sản xuất kinh doanh giảm sút , sản phẩm tồn kho nhiều … gây ra việc thiếu việc làm trầm trọng cho người lao động. Tỷ lệ thất nghiệp của Việt Nam năm 2009 là 4,66% tức là khoảng hơn 2 triệu người lao động không có việc làm .
