Learning is a process that led to the occurrence of a change in behavior and skills. However, in reality the process of learning on the subjects of Civic Education in SMP Negeri 1 Sayung many obstacles. To overcome these problems, teachers use cooperative learning of Jigsaw. This study design using Quasi-Experimental Design with shapes pretest and Posttest Control Group Design. Sampling using random cluster sampling. The results of the average value of the experimental class is 82.63. While the control class is 70.51. Based on the above conclusions put forward some suggestions as follows: (1) the use of cooperative learning model jigsaw on stage division of the group must take the time to run an effective learning.
