CHƯƠNG TRÌNH GIÁO DỤC VỀ VIỆC TỰ CHĂM SÓC HMNT TRÊN NGƯỜI BỆNH UTĐTT:
Dự kiến trong thời gian 60-90 phút.
A. Giới thiệu sơ lược về hậu môn nhân tạo: Kiến thức (30 phút)
1) Định nghĩa, Phân loại
2) Việc sinh hoạt, tập luyện, làm việc, quan hệ TD
3) Chế độ dinh dưỡng.
4) Điều chỉnh chức năng (thụt tháo).
5) Chuẩn bị đóng HMNT ( HMNT tạm thời).
6) Cách theo dõi Biến chứng.
B. Quy trình chăm sóc hậu môn nhân tạo (30 phút) :
1) Giới thiệu sơ lược về các dụng cụ trong chăm sóc HMNT.
2) Trình chiếu video clip ngắn về việc tự chăm sóc HMNT
3) Nghiên cứu viên thực hiện mẫu trên một người bệnh bất kỳ.
4) Nghiên cứu viên giải đáp các thắc mắc của người bệnh về việc chăm sóc. Trong trường hợp người bệnh thắc mắc về vấn đề điều trị, nghiên cứu viên sẽ mời bác sĩ chuyên khoa giải đáp thắc mắc.
C. Phát cho người bệnh tờ rơi có các vấn đề vừa trình bày để người bệnh thuận tiện trong việc ghi nhớ các vấn đề chính trong việc chăm sóc HMNT.
D. Phát cho người bệnh sổ tay có số đt của nghiên cứu viên để người bệnh có thể ghi lại những vấn đề thắc mắc và người bệnh có thể gọi để hỏi nghiên cứu viên hướng dẫn lại việc chăm sóc HMNT.
