+ Tổng Cục Thuế đã ban hành công văn xxx/ TCT-CS ngày xx/xx/20xx về việc áp dụng thuế suất thuế GTGT 0% dịch vụ cho tàu nước ngoài và tàu Việt Nam vận chuyển quốc tế như: cặp cầu cảng, cập bến cảng, tàu lai hỗ trợ tàu biển ra, vào cảng nếu là các dịch vụ cung ứng trực tiếp cho vận tải quốc tế.
