5. Ownership
All Confidential Information and all intellectual property rights therein remain the property of Discloser. Upon termination or expiration of this Agreement, or at Discloser’ request, Recipient shall cease using and return all originals, copies, reproductions and summaries of the Confidential Information or any other media which contain any Confidential Information, or at Discloser’s option, destroy and certify destruction of the same.
