Hello,
We would appreciate your assistance with the following issue. Funds TRJS, TRYH, TRJR, and TRBM were incorrectly reflected in our capital gains taxable account and have been moved to the capital gains tax exempt account.
TRJS (TH0000238151)
TRYH (TH0000238296)
TRJR (TH0000238144)
TRBM (TH0000237891)
We understand that any capital gains tax which has already been remitted to the tax authorities cannot be adjusted. However, the funds had several transactions which settled in November for which the capital gains tax should not yet have been remitted to the tax authorities. I have attached the capital gains tax notifications for the 14 transactions in question and provided a brief summary below. For these transactions, can you please advise whether it is possible for the capital gains tax amounts to be reversed and returned back to the funds? I believe that the last two transactions (in yellow) may not have been debited yet so for those it may just be a matter of cancelling the capital gains tax debit.
If it is possible to have these amounts reversed and refunded, could you please let us know what instructions you require to take such action?
