บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยจากองค์กรที่ส่งผลต่อการลาออกของพนักงานในธุรกิจการค้าปลีก กรณีศึกษา : พนักงาน BU บริษัท สรรพสินค้าเซ็นทรัล จำกัด สาขารามอินทรา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ กลุ่มพนักงาน BU บริษัท สรรพสินค้าเซ็นทรัล จำกัด สาขารามอินทรา จำนวน 66 คน เครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ สถิติเชิงพรรณนา (Descriptive Statistic) คำนวณหาค่าความถี่ (Frequency) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน(Standard Deviation) และสถิติเชิงอนุมาน (Inferential Statistics) เพื่อทดสอบสมมติฐาน ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์ค่าความถดถอย (Regression Analysis)
ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานการศึกษาพบว่า 1) ปัจจัยจากองค์กรด้านโอกาสความก้าวหน้า ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการลาออกของพนักงาน BU บริษั สรรพสินค้าเซ็นทรัล จำกัด สาขารามอินทรา 2) ปัจจัยจากองค์กรด้านความมั่นคงในการทำงาน มีความสัมพันธ์กับการลาออกของพนักงาน BU บริษัท สรรพสินค้าเซ็นทรัล จำกัด สาขารามอินทรา อย่างมีระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ (0.10) 3) ปัจจัยจากองค์กรด้านสภาพแวดล้อมการทำงาน มีความสัมพันธ์กับการลาออกของพนักงาน BU บริษัท สรรพสินค้าเซ็นทรัล จำกัด สาขารามอินทรา อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ (0.05)
