To identify the degree of empowerment to the practice of administrative directors general education schools in the city of Hafr al-Batin in the light of the following dimensions of empowerment: participation in decision-making, delegation of authority, personal development, motivation, development of creative behavior, also aimed to identify the obstacles to the empowerment of administrative managers schools year to dig sub city in the light of empowerment dimensions, and also sought to identify statistically significant between the study sample on the reality of the administrative empowerment among directors general education schools in the drilling subcontractor city in the light of empowerment dimensions attributed to (experience, qualification, courses personnel responses differences training). To achieve these goals, the researcher used the questionnaire as a tool for study, also used descriptive analytical method. The study population consisted of all school principals government public education in the city of Hafr al-Batin and their number is (132) by: (70) Director of the primary stage, and (36), director of the middle stage, and (26), director of the secondary stage.
